The Story

Florian Le Capitaine is the son of the owner of Domaine Le Capitaine : he worked for the family estate for 6 years, before establishing his own estate. Passionate about his terroir, he decided to make wines in his own image, organically grown. Part of the new generation of winemakers, Florian runs a 6 hectares estate, organically and biodynamically on the slopes of Rochecorbon. No herbicides or insecticides are used. The soil is maintained mechanically, using ploughs and intercep blade tools.
