Lovers of their terroir, the family farms 14 hectares : 5.7 ha in Villeneuve, 6.5 ha in Avize, and 1.8 ha in Oger and Mesnil-sur-Oger. The cellar is composed is composed of 15 casks and 31 temperature controlled stainless steel tank.
