Domaine benefits from a very special geographical location: it's in Leynes, on the border between Beaujolais and Mâconnais, in the only vineyard valley where white, rosé and red wines from southern Burgundy and northern Beaujolais are produced. The domaine comprises some 20 hectares: 19ha of white wine, 1ha of red wine.
Presentation
Aware of the dangers posed to the environment by intensive treatments, Germain Bernard has embraced the idea of integrated viticulture: grassing the vines, applying treatments only when there is a real danger to the vines, and working the soil.
