Domaine de Cabasse is a family winery, run by Anne and Benoit Baudry since 2012 and located in Seguret, North-East of Chateauneuf-du-Pape. The vineyard extends on 37 hectares, on the appellations IGP Mediterrannee, Cotes-du-Rhone, Sablet, Seguret, Gigondas and Chateauneuf-du-Pape. Now in conversion organic, Anne and Benoit also invested in the renovation of the winery, to keep increasing the quality of their wines.
Presentation
Last addition to the range of Domaine de Cabasse, this wine is coming from parcels throughout the Chateauneuf-du-Pape appellation and is completing a beautiful range from the Baudry family.
Winemaking
Aged in neutral oak barrels for several months before bottling.
