The Domaine de Wilfrid Rousse, in Organic Agriculture, is located on the right bank of the Vienne river, west of Chinon. In 1987, the year of the first vintage, the estate had only one hectare in production; then over the years, by taking care to choose the terroirs and to have a harmony in the soils and the exposure of the vines, the number of parcels has increased to 19 hectares.
The story
Les galuches is a plot of 7ha planted only in Cabernet Franc. It is a wine of friendship and simplicity to be drunk all year round!
Vinification
Traditional vinification. The bottling takes place in the spring to keep the maximum of fruit and roundness.
