Presentation
The originality of our cuvée MozaÏk is an assembly of Cabernet franc from two great terroirs and subsoil of Anjou: schist of Anjou “black” and limestone of Anjou “white”.
Winemaking
It is fermented in stainless steel tanks. It boasts a beautiful ruby color and powerful aromas of red and black fruits, for a supple wine with fine tannins.
