This story began in 2019 when Nolwenn and Matthieu came across an opportunity to acquire a small 8.5 hectare vineyard in the heart of the Pouilly Fumé appellation. Matthieu's family has a longstanding history of winemaking in the appellation, and decided to go back to his roots by restoring a beautiful vineyard.

100% Sauvignon Blanc, this cuvée is the first of the estate, and became their flagship wine, blending its 3 main soils: clay, limestone & siliceous clay.
