The Terra Ventoux winery was born in 2003 from the merger of two cooperatives dating back to 1929.The cooperative is characterized by the diversity of the vineyards it is getting the wines from, having great wealth of terroirs. Since 2005, Terra Ventoux has started an important work of parcel selection and in 2017, Terra Ventoux became the first cooperative in France to produce biodynamic wines.

Vinification
Direct pneumatic pressing, splitting of the juices with champagne, static cold settling for 72 hours, slow fermentation from 6 to 12 weeks this year, by indigenous yeasts, at a temperature of 15 - 20 °C. Aging on fine lees in stainless steel tanks for 6 - 9 months. Tangential filtration.
