The Terra Ventoux winery was born in 2003 from the merger of two cooperatives dating back to 1929.The cooperative is characterized by the diversity of the vineyards it is getting the wines from, having great wealth of terroirs. Since 2005, Terra Ventoux has started an important work of parcel selection and in 2017, Terra Ventoux became the first cooperative in France to produce biodynamic wines.
The story
Vinification
This rosé is a blend of wines from direct pressing and wines from the "bleeding method". Fermentation is done under mastering of temperature (16/18°C) to favour the development of small red fruits primary aroma. Then this cuvee is matured on fine lees which allow to get a full-bodied palate.
