The Terra Ventoux winery was born in 2003 from the merger of two cooperatives dating back to 1929.The cooperative is characterized by the diversity of the vineyards it is getting the wines from, having great wealth of terroirs. Since 2005, Terra Ventoux has started an important work of parcel selection and in 2017, Terra Ventoux became the first cooperative in France to produce biodynamic wines.
The story
Vinification
For the White Grenache, vatting during 4 weeks, and mastering of the temperature between 16/18°C. Then the cuvée is aged in new oak barrel during 5 months. The two others grapes are vinified in stainlesssteel vat, to preserve the freshness and the fruit of Viognier and also the minerality of the Clairette.
