The Terra Ventoux winery was born in 2003 from the merger of two cooperatives dating back to 1929.The cooperative is characterized by the diversity of the vineyards it is getting the wines from, having great wealth of terroirs. Since 2005, Terra Ventoux has started an important work of parcel selection and in 2017, Terra Ventoux became the first cooperative in France to produce biodynamic wines.

Vinification
Traditional vinification in stainless steel vats, fermentation by indigenous yeasts naturally occuring on the grape bloom and on the cellar equipment. Long and soft extraction including daily short lasting pumping-over. Natural cold treatment decanting. Only one filtration is performed before bottling.
